Colin Jowell

Principal

Colin Jowell has over 20 years of experience in Brand, Communications and Customer Experience Strategy. He’s worked with the big guys like M&C Saatchi and DDB. And the last agency he co-founded worked with leading brands in banking, health insurance and hospitality, while helping innovative start-ups become household names. He completed his Masters in Behavioural Science from the London School of Economics in 2023 where he focussed on the application of Behavioural Science in technology, and the wellbeing impacts to be gained from the reduction of Sludge and Administrative Burden.

Bob Tronson

Head of Strategy

Bob has more than a decade’s experience working across Strategic Communications, Customer & Stakeholder-Centric Design and Brand & Engagement Strategy. He’s brought a knack for distilling complex issues into actionable and communicable chunks to roles and consulting across the finance & resource industry and state & federal governments as well as superannuation, higher education and the not-for-profit and philanthropic sector. Recently, between changing nappies, Bob has been slowly completing his Masters in Complex Systems at Sydney University.
